Price Increase

We have endeavoured to keep our prices a low as possible, unfortunately this is no longer viable and as advised earlier in the year it is necessary to increase our fees and to revise our payments and booking procedures. There will be a slight increase from the start of the Summer Term, this will then be reviewed annually and prices will be increased accordingly.  Our rates are extremely, however, we do need to cover staff costs, we are not looking to make  a profit.

We have contacted other after school clubs in local primary schools in order to find out what their fees, from this research we have calculated our new rates we have also decided to introduce a split rate for our After School Club.   The new rates will apply as from Monday 20^th April 2009 and are as follows:-

After School

3.00 – 4.15pm                      £3.75 per day

3.00 – 5.45pm                     £4.50 per day

Late Collection fee              £1.00 per  15 minutes per day

Breakfast Club

7.30 – 8.45pm                    £3.00 per day

Holiday Club ( as from July 2009)                     

8.00am – 6.00pm                £15.00 per day

Half Day                            £  7.50 per day

Wrap Around Club

Breakfast                           £3.00 per day

Am/Pm Session                   £6.50 per day (1 x morning or afternoon session is free)

Lunchtime Session               £2.50 per day

After School Session          £4.50 per day

Please note that the price of a hot meal has increased to £1.70 per meal as from 1 April 2009.

If you have paid your wrap around fees for next term, Mrs Jacqui Whitehouse will adjust these for you and advise you of any outstanding amounts.

After School and Breakfast Club Bookings (ages 3 – 14yrs)

It is essential that all sessions are booked in advance and as from the start of the Summer Term all booking forms should be handed in to the school office on Thursday mornings. We have redesigned our after school and breakfast club booking forms so that you can book for a half term in advance, this gives us a much better idea of the number we can expect and we can organise our staff accordingly.  Payment should be made at the time of booking and enclosed with the booking from, a receipt will be issued to you by the club manager when you collect your child.  If you wish to pay  for the half term in advance this is most acceptable, however, if this is not convenient, please pay weekly in advance. 

Wrap Around Bookings (aged 3 – 4yrs)

It is essential that booking are made one half term in advance and payment for the whole period is required at the time of booking.  This has always been the procedure so there are no changes apart from the increase in rates.  We have designed a new form which we hope you find easier to use, this should cut down on the paper work. 

Please note for all clubs – you must complete a registration pack in order fro your child to attend.

Cancellations all Clubs

As from 20^th April 2009 cancellation charges will apply for all clubs if 1 weeks notice has not been given. We will no longer be able to give credits for absence  due to sickness.

Late Collection Fee

Our After School staff are paid until 5.45pm, children must be collected by this time.  A late collection fee of £1 per 15 minutes will apply for any child collected after 5.45pm.

*If your child is attending any after school club or activity (such as netball, football, choir etc.), please note this on your Booking Form.
